My Story
My career in mental health began in 2010 with a university course placement at a youth detention centre. It was through working with the young people in this facility that I discovered my passion for building genuine connections and fostering healing. This experience led me to facilitate groups within government-funded agencies and trauma-informed inpatient settings.
Over the past five years, I have worked within private practice as I sought to move beyond the constraints of acute care and foster deeper, long-term wellness.

I believe in practicing self-care to show up as my best self for my clients, which means attending my own regular therapy, staying physically active, and prioritizing time with my friends, family, and pets.
